Beautiful example of leadership and love. I enjoyed reading so much that I read it to my husband. I think most wives at some point can relate to Jenna's feelings and behavior in this book, Michaels reactions provided loving boundaries and safety for BOTH Jenna and Him. Shows how leadership IS love and how it is not about power but care taking each other's needs. Jenna's submission is NOT because she is weak, lower ranking or less loved but because she is so valued by her husband and GOD. Her strength is in her submission, because of this she is MORE, not less l powerful and effective at persuading her husband and changing the climate in her marriage and life. Shows how patriarchy and submission can be exciting and full of fire, not degrading or discounting. A great read and a great alternative to "Fifty Shades" this is more Gods plan for your marriage and sex life.Product details

i like domestic discipline books and didn't think a christain one would bother me but i felt that they used the bible to justify what he wanted to do not just how he was and what he believed in.
I enjoy Leena's Michael and Jenna books so I was excited to see them available as a set. The punishments are not very harsh and Michael explains to Jenna before they get married that he believes in spanking. Even as a set its a quick read.
you do not punish pregnant women, this is cruel and sexist
This book was boring and repetitive. The characters were not well developed. I usually love this author, but this was not her best work.
This was actually my first DD read. I liked the collection of stories & was intrigued. Let's just say I like being spanked! Good girl spankings of course...I'm not naughty at all. This book didn't scare me & that meant a lot
Loved the chemistry between the couple. It felt very genuine and true to life. It was also very hot. I really got a sense of what a CDD marriage would be like.
